How « environmental crises », be they handled locally or globally, lead to the local occurrence or readjustment of « communities », triggering social, organizational and technical innovations ? This is the question at the heart of our research team, gathered to answer the call for tender of the “Institut des Sciences de l’Homme” (ISH) and prepare an answer to a project of the “Agence National de la Recherche”.
