laboratoire P2S s\u2019inscrit dans une approche globale des organisations en sant\u00e9 et de la prise en compte des \u00e9volutions soci\u00e9tales. Ces nouvelles dynamiques n\u00e9cessitent de revisiter les concepts et outils utilis\u00e9s traditionnellement en sant\u00e9 publique (sant\u00e9, bien \u00eatre, handicap, d\u00e9pendance, qualit\u00e9, efficience, \u00e9valuation, r\u00e9gulation\u2026). Ceux-ci doivent permettre, dans une logique de sant\u00e9 populationnelle, \u00e0 la fois d\u2019analyser, de mod\u00e9liser et de fournir des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision pour les acteurs institutionnels et de terrain impliqu\u00e9s dans la prise en charge int\u00e9grative et personnalis\u00e9e des patients.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Trois principes constituent le socle des travaux de recherche\u00a0:<\/p><ol style=\"text-align: justify\"><li><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;color: var(--global-palette4);font-family: var(--global-body-font-family)\">La transdisciplinarit\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 <\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: var(--global-palette4);font-family: var(--global-body-font-family)\">co-constructuire des outils et des m\u00e9thodes<\/span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;color: var(--global-palette4);font-family: var(--global-body-font-family)\"> en faisant interagir<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: var(--global-palette4);font-family: var(--global-body-font-family)\"> diff\u00e9rents champs disciplinaires.<\/span><\/li><li><strong>La d\u00e9marche \u00ab parcours \u00bb<\/strong> est un vecteur majeur de structuration de l\u2019organisation de la sant\u00e9. En inscrivant les \u00e9pisodes de soins dans une trajectoire de vie, la notion de parcours permet de construire la performance du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 ainsi que les interactions entre ces acteurs dont le patient.<\/li><li><strong>La d\u00e9marche \u00ab\u00a0syst\u00e9mique\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>permet d\u2019appr\u00e9hender la complexit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9.
