justify\">L\u2019\u00e9tude exploratoire des besoins s\u2019est achev\u00e9e en octobre 2023 : un outil d\u2019harmonisation des pratiques infirmi\u00e8res entre l\u2019IHOPe et la r\u00e9animation, un partage d\u2019information fiables concernant les th\u00e9rapeutiques m\u00e9dicamenteuses et une analyse pharmaceutique des prescriptions de r\u00e9animation notamment lors de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e en urgence des patients depuis l\u2019IHOPe. Concernant ce dernier axe, une \u00e9tude pilote de faisabilit\u00e9 est en cours de finalisation.
