Le projet Jardin’R, coordonn\u00e9e par Claire Delfosse (Universit\u00e9 Lyon2\/LER & perrine Vandenbroucke (ISARA\/LER), a \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9 par le Fondation de France pour l’ann\u00e9e 2021, cofinanc\u00e9 par l’Ecole Urbaine de Lyon et le dispositif POPSU.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Contexte du projet :<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>

Notre projet porte sur la r\u00e9gion Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes. Les espaces ruraux y sont tr\u00e8s divers : fortement polaris\u00e9s par les m\u00e9tropoles comme ceux du Pilat, du Chablais-L\u00e9man, maill\u00e9s par des villes moyennes comme les Bauges ou appartenant \u00e0 l’hyper rural comme le Cantal, le sud du Vercors ou les Baronnies. La r\u00e9gion pr\u00e9sente aussi aussi une diversit\u00e9 de formes de jardins li\u00e9e au relief et au climat (de la Haute montagne au climat proven\u00e7al), ainsi qu’\u00e0 la structure du b\u00e2ti (bourgs serr\u00e9s avec des jardins en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, lotissements, habitat dispers\u00e9 et jardin proche de la maison…). La diversit\u00e9 se retrouve dans la composition socio-professionelle des habitants des campagnes, certains territoires b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d’une forte attractivit\u00e9 d\u00e9mographique alors que d’autres moins (campagnes vieillissantes, jeunes, ouvri\u00e8res, gentrifi\u00e9es, touristiques…). Elle tient enfin aux diff\u00e9rentes cultures culinaires que l’on trouve dans les espaces ruraux r\u00e9gionaux et \u00e0 celle de la biodiversit\u00e9 domestique.<\/p>

Notre projet vise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents besoins port\u00e9s par les acteurs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Le premier tient \u00e0 l’accompagnement des porteurs de projets et des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales pour p\u00e9renniser et consolider les dynamiques collectives \u00e9mergentes<\/strong> par le partage d’exp\u00e9rience et de l’essaimage aupr\u00e8s de nombreux territoires qui souhaitent s’inscrire dans cette dynamique. Il est n\u00e9cessaire en effet d’\u00e9clairer l’action publique et sensibiliser les d\u00e9cideurs sur le r\u00f4le multiple des jardins en r\u00e9ponse aux enjeux alimentaires et sanitaires des populations<\/strong> (pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 et accessibilit\u00e9, sant\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire), fonciers et urbanistiques<\/strong> (centre bourgs), patrimoniaux<\/strong> (paysages, biodiversit\u00e9 domestique) et d’adaptation au changement climatique<\/strong> (r\u00e9silience des territoires).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Les besoins de transmission des savoir-faire li\u00e9s au jardinage<\/strong><\/span> se font sentir, alors que les processus de transmission de ces savoirs au sein des familles rurales ont souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 rompus et que l’on assiste \u00e0 l’arriv\u00e9e de nouvelles populations en milieu rural. Des actions sont conduites (formation \u00e0 la taille, ou dans le cadre du programme Familles \u00e0 l’alimentation positive, ainsi que sur les usages des pesticides et des engrais), mais elles sont souvent insuffisantes et les jardiniers ont souvent besoin d’\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9s. Pour transmettre des savoir-faire, il est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire de les identifier, voire de faire reconna\u00eetre leur valeur.<\/p>

\u00a0Le besoin \u00e9merge enfin de mieux qualifier la place des jardins dans la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles activit\u00e9s agri-rurales <\/strong>:<\/span> valorisation des surplus de jardin lorsque ne peuvent pas \u00eatres \u00e9coul\u00e9s par les dons, jardiniers en transition vers le mara\u00eechage, cr\u00e9ation de p\u00e9pini\u00e8res de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s locales.<\/p>

Un groupe de travail r\u00e9gional d’\u00e9change de pratiques, de m\u00e9thodes, de questionnements :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

\u00ab\u00a0Jardins ruraux et enjeux de d\u00e9veloppement local en AuRA\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>

Cap Rural, en partenariat avec le Laboratoire d’Etudes Rurales – Lyon 2 et l’ISARA,\u00a0 propose l’animation de travail r\u00e9gional qui a pour objectifs de\u00a0 :<\/p>

\u21d2 Faire \u00e9merger une vision partag\u00e9e des enjeux crois\u00e9s entre jardins et territoires, les rendre lisibles pour sensibiliser les collectifs de jardiniers, les \u00e9lus et les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales<\/p>

\u21d2 Faire monter en comp\u00e9tences les acteurs : \u00e9changes d’exp\u00e9riences, travail concert\u00e9 associations collectivit\u00e9s, formation et apports d’experts<\/p>

\u21d2 Elaborer des r\u00e9ponses communes aux probl\u00e9matiques soulev\u00e9es, capitaliser, diffuser, produire de la m\u00e9thode<\/p>

\u21d2 Alimenter les politiques publiques (R\u00e9gion, d\u00e9partements, Etat…) et nourrir leur r\u00e9flexion en amont des dispositifs et\/ou les adapter<\/p>

\u21d2 Y participent les membres du consortium du projet Jardin’R ainsi que 15 autres participants qui ont candidat\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un appel \u00e0 manifestation d’int\u00e9r\u00eat : collectivit\u00e9s, associations de jardins, etc.<\/p>
