Le Minist\u00e8re r\u00e9examinerait sa politique d\u2019aide afin d\u2019\u00e9viter un saupoudrage des cr\u00e9dits. Il entendrait privil\u00e9gier les Compagnies Th\u00e9\u00e2trales faisant des cr\u00e9ations ; il favoriserait ainsi l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019hommes de th\u00e9\u00e2tre nouveaux.\t<\/p>\n<p>A ces Compagnies, l\u2019Etat fournirait des lieux (Maisons de la Culture ou non) selon l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat port\u00e9 aux oeuvres et aux cr\u00e9ateurs<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Action Culturelle serait ainsi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>sous la forme d\u2019une Action Culturelle sp\u00e9cifique des C.N.C.C. ;<\/li>\n<li>par les quelques Maisons de la Cultures maintenues ;<\/li>\n<li>sur le mod\u00e8le d\u2019une Action Culturelle r\u00e9nov\u00e9e et encourag\u00e9e selon la qualit\u00e9 des oeuvres ou des hommes qui l\u2019exercent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi notamment que :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>seraient constitu\u00e9s les C.N.C.C. suivants : T.E.P.,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>LE HAVRE, CAEN, Com\u00e9die de SAINT-ETIENNE.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>la Maison de la Culture de THONON sera supprim\u00e9e ; celle de SAINT-ETIENNE deviendra th\u00e9\u00e2tre municipal.<\/li>\n<li>Les Maisons de la Culture d\u2019AMIENS, BOURGES, GRENOBLE,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>REIMS, RENNES, CHALONS seront conserv\u00e9es.
