Il en est ainsi du HAVRE (avec le mus\u00e9e de cette ville), de CAEN, de FIRMINY, de THONON et du T.E.P. <em>Bourges<\/em><\/li>\n<li>des b\u00e2timents con\u00e7us, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, comme Maisons de<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>la Culture : AMIENS, GRENOBLE (en exercice), SAINT-ETIENNE, RENNES, REIMS, NEVERS (en voie d\u2019ach\u00e8vement), ANGERS, CHALONS (en projet).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des b\u00e2timents abritant des Maisons de la Culture en pr\u00e9figuration : NANTERRE, CRETEIL, MARSEILLE, AUBERVILLIERS.<\/li>\n<li>des b\u00e2timents accueillant des entreprises soutenues par le Minist\u00e8re des Affaires Culturelles (soutien budg\u00e9taire et r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration d\u2019un animateur) : CHAMBERY, LA ROCHELLE, ORLEANS, MACON, LE CREUSOT, YERES.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A ces institutions peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s les Centres Dramatiques et les Troupes permanentes (STRASBOURG, VILLEURBANNE, LYON etc.)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8211; BILAN DE L\u2019ACTIVITE DES MAISONS DE LA CULTURE<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A l\u2019actif de huit ann\u00e9es d\u2019activit\u00e9, on peut relever notamment :<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> un premier m\u00e9rite : celui d\u2019exister. Les Maisons de la<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Culture sont un lieu de rencontre, substitu\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment \u00e0 un d\u00e9sert culturel (cf. AMIENS).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>davantage que les Centres Dramatiques et les troupes permanentes, elles ont multipli\u00e9 des manifestations diverses, r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans une perspective de r\u00e9elle d\u00e9centralisation intellectuelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; l\u2019ampleur des adh\u00e9sions ; m\u00eame si leur situation peut appara\u00eetre superficielle, leur montant t\u00e9moigne de ce que les Maisons de la Culture r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 un vrai besoin des populations, fut-il primaire.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat qu\u2019elles suscitent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et dans les organisations internationales (1\u2019UNESCO par exemple).<\/p>\n<p>Mais leur passif appara\u00eet mena\u00e7ant :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; le r\u00e9seau des Maisons de la Culture a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli sans tenir compte d\u2019aucune coh\u00e9rence g\u00e9ographique.
