Selon le IV\u00b0 Plan, il pouvait en exister trois prototypes \u00e9tablis autour :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de deux salles de spectacle et d\u2019une troupe de cr\u00e9ation permanente<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019une salle polyvalente ;<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019un centre d\u00e9pourvu de salles de spectacle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le V\u00b0 Plan a apport\u00e9 de s\u00e9rieuses nuances au sch\u00e9ma initial et, peut \u00eatre, de nouvelles sources d\u2019obscurit\u00e9 ou m\u00eame des contradictions : ainsi, par exemple, l&rsquo;affirmation, d\u2019une part, qu&rsquo;il ne peut s\u2019agir d\u2019une culture octroy\u00e9e (\u00e9tant pos\u00e9e la n\u00e9cessaire participation des associations locales et, d\u2019autre part, la possibilit\u00e9 de ne pas exprimer la totalit\u00e9 des besoins exprim\u00e9s \u00e0 la base ; de m\u00eame la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9activer ce qui existe et de promouvoir une culture en devenir. Il en r\u00e9sultera des incertitudes de gestion ou des conflits avec les municipalit\u00e9s. La formation des animateurs ne fut pas entreprise.\t<\/p>\n<p>Il existe aujourd\u2019hui douze b\u00e2timents se r\u00e9clamant du titre de Maison de la Culture.
